USA Project Valor 

1. Limit one (1) certificate per household member over 18 years old (Limit two (2) per household).

2. Any duplicate entries will be voided and may result in all household entries being voided.

3. The Vacation Certificate has specific terms and conditions. The certificate will be emailed to the provided email address. The certificate is non-transferable and has no cash value. The terms of this special promotional vacation certificate can be viewed here and will be included in the email sent to you.

4. The form closes at 1:00 pm local time on 10/17/2026 and will not be reopened.

Minimum Trip Price: This certificate is valid strictly for new travel bookings with a minimum total base fare of $1,500.00 USD.

Usage Restrictions: This certificate applies exclusively to the base fare of eligible vacation packages (Cruises or Resorts) booked through KAS Travel Group. Travel must depart within three (3) months from the certificate’s redemption date. 

Exclusions: This certificate cannot be applied toward:

• Standalone airfare

• Gratuities, resort fees, or service charges

• Deposits

• Government-mandated fees and taxes

Redeeming Your Certificate: To redeem this electronic certificate, the original claimant must present: (i) a physical or digital copy of the certificate, (ii) the unique six-digit certificate identification number, and (iii) a valid, government-issued photo identification matching the full legal name associated with the certificate record. Because certificates are strictly non-transferable, redemption credentials must match the internal system records maintained by KAS Travel Group. 

This certificate cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount, or third-party credit. It may not be combined with other vacation certificates unless explicitly authorized in writing by KAS Travel Group. KAS Travel Group reserves the right to assess a non-refundable redemption fee of up to $50.00 USD per certificate at the time of booking. 

Lost or Stolen Certificates: A non-refundable $30.00 USD administrative fee applies to the replacement of lost, stolen, or misplaced certificates. Upon issuance of a replacement, the original certificate ID will be permanently voided. 

Expiration: This certificate expires exactly six (6) months from the date of issue (April 17, 2027). Redemption and booking must occur prior to the expiration date. 

Cancellations: If the client cancels the travel reservation, the certificate is forfeited and will not be reissued. If a supplier cancels the travel package, KAS Travel Group will reissue a replacement certificate of equal value. 

Agency Role: KAS Travel Group acts solely as a sales agent for third-party travel suppliers and assumes no liability for supplier performance, schedule changes, or cancellations.
